CANCELLATION POLICY

We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 48 hrs of the scheduled appointment. That is 50% of the remaining balance of your service total. NO REFUNDS. If you need to reschedule 24-48 hrs before your appointment I understand things do come up so I allow 1 Reschedule without paying an additional deposit . If you do not honor your rescheduled appointment it will be treated as a no show cancellation .You will then be charged 50% of your service remaining balance unless we discuss otherwise . Please understand that if we are unable to process the transaction you will be banned from booking through our booking site until your balance is paid . 10 min late = $20.00 late fee Remaining balance must be paid in exact cash or card Please let me know before leaving if your not satisfied No extra guest unless we discussed otherwise **I am home based **
